What is being sold
Prosell sells goods that it imports itself. Everything in the catalogue is bought from suppliers and marketplaces in China, brought to our warehouse there, flown to Uzbekistan and cleared through customs by us. You are buying an imported product from one seller, not placing an order with a foreign shop.
Photographs and descriptions come from the supplier. Colour on a screen and a supplier's own measurements are approximations; where a difference makes the item not what was described, the returns page governs it.
How an order is formed
An order is made in three steps:
Everything afterwards refers to the order number. Today the order record is written into your own browser and an operator contacts you to confirm it — there is no automated order system behind this form yet, and the site does not pretend otherwise.
- You put items in the cart and open checkout.
- You give a name, phone and delivery address, and choose a delivery method.
- You confirm. The order is created and given a number.
Price and currency
Prices are displayed in US dollars. The price on a product page covers the goods, our service, the international leg and the customs duty on that item.
Delivery inside Uzbekistan is charged separately at checkout: $4.90 standard, free once the cart passes $40. Express adds $12.00 to that fee and never becomes free, because the air capacity it buys is a real cost.
The price is fixed when the order is confirmed. If a supplier's price moves after that, it is our problem rather than yours: we either honour the price or cancel and refund. We do not ask for more money mid-shipment.
Payment
The planned payment rails are the ones this market uses:
None of them is connected yet. Choosing one at checkout records your preference and nothing more: this site takes no payment, no card number is entered here, and an operator arranges the actual payment with you before the item is bought in China.
The amount is settled in Uzbek soum. The exact conversion rule is in the outstanding list below.
- Payme
- Click
- Uzcard
- Humo
- Cash on delivery
Delivery
Standard air delivery is 10 to 15 working days and express is 5 to 7, counted from the day the order is confirmed and paid. The estimate covers the whole route: purchase in China, warehouse handling, the flight, customs and delivery in Tashkent.
Delivery within Tashkent is included in the delivery fee. Outside Tashkent it is arranged with you case by case, before the order is confirmed.
Customs can hold a shipment for reasons no importer controls. If that happens we tell you, and the delay does not shorten any of your rights below.
Customs
We are the importer. We declare the shipment, pay the duty and hand over a cleared parcel: the customs duty is already inside the price you saw, and the courier asks for nothing extra at the door.
Goods whose import into Uzbekistan is restricted or prohibited are not accepted for order. If a shipment is refused entry through no fault of yours, the order is cancelled and the amount paid is returned in full.
Cancelling an order
Before the item is bought in China, cancelling costs nothing — tell us and the order is closed.
Between the purchase and the flight an order can still be cancelled, minus the costs already spent on it. We tell you that amount before you decide, not after.
Once the item has arrived, cancelling becomes a return and the returns page governs it — including the part where the goods have to travel back to China.
Liability and disputes
We answer for the item matching its description, for its condition on arrival, and for the shipment reaching you. We do not answer for the wrong size being ordered, for a delay caused by customs or force majeure, or for a phone number that turns out to be unreachable at delivery.
A complaint goes to support first, and we would rather settle one in a message than anywhere else. The law of the Republic of Uzbekistan applies to this contract.
Company details — outstanding
A public offer only binds once the seller is identified. These are not filled in yet, and until they are this page is a draft rather than an executed contract:
- Registered company name — outstanding
- Taxpayer identification number (STIR) — outstanding
- Legal address — outstanding
- Bank account details — outstanding
- The soum conversion rule and the payment schedule — outstanding
- The date the offer takes effect — outstanding
