Privacy policy

Most of this site runs without knowing anything about you. Checkout is the one moment personal data is collected, and this page says exactly what is taken then, why it is needed, and how to get rid of it.

What this page covers

This policy covers the Prosell storefront and the orders placed through it. It does not cover the sites of the Chinese suppliers whose goods we import, or the carriers who move a parcel once it leaves our warehouse — they have their own terms.

It is written in plain language on purpose. Where something is not settled yet, it says so, rather than covering the gap with a sentence that merely sounds legal.

What we collect, and when

Nothing is collected while you browse. Filling in the checkout form is the single action that hands us personal data:

This site never asks for a passport number, a date of birth or a payment card. No payment provider is connected yet, so no card details pass through here at all.

  • First and last name — so the courier knows who to hand the parcel to.
  • Phone number — the channel a delivery is actually arranged on in Uzbekistan.
  • Delivery address: region, city or district, street and postcode.
  • Email address — optional, and used only to send the order confirmation.
  • An order note, if you write one.

What never leaves your browser

There are no accounts. The parts of the shop that look like they remember you are your own browser remembering, on this device:

None of it is sent to a server, and none of it follows you to another device or another browser. Clearing this site's data removes all of it at once — including the order history, which is why the order number is worth writing down separately.

  • Your cart and the notes on its lines.
  • Your saved items.
  • Products you recently viewed.
  • Orders you have placed — the orders page reads them from here.
  • Addresses you chose to save at checkout.
  • Your language choice and your answer about statistics.

Why we need the rest

The data from the checkout form is used for exactly four things:

It is not used to build a profile, and it is not sold or rented to anyone.

  • Buying the item and moving it through our China warehouse.
  • Producing the customs declaration for the shipment — an importer has to name the recipient.
  • Arranging delivery inside Uzbekistan.
  • Contacting you about that order, including a return or a refund.

Analytics and tracking

No analytics, advertising or session-recording script runs on this site unless you accept it. If you decline, nothing loads — the scripts are not loaded-and-disabled, they are simply absent.

Your answer is remembered in this browser so the question is not repeated, and you can change your mind by clearing the site's data.

Who else sees it

An imported parcel cannot be delivered without telling somebody where it is going. The recipient's name, phone and address are shared with:

Once a payment provider is connected, the amount and the order number will go to it as well. That is the whole list; there is no advertising network in it.

  • our warehouse in China, to label and consolidate the shipment;
  • the airline or freight forwarder carrying it;
  • the customs authority, in the import declaration the law requires;
  • the courier delivering in Tashkent.

How long it is kept

Order data is kept while the order is open and while a return is still possible, and after that only for as long as an importer has to be able to produce shipment and customs records.

Anything held in your browser lives exactly as long as you let it — it has no expiry that we control.

How to erase your data

For everything stored on this device, clearing the site data is the whole procedure, and it takes effect immediately:

For the data you gave us at checkout, write to support@zeteam.uz from the address you used, or call the number in the header, and say which order it concerns. We will confirm what was deleted, and tell you plainly if something has to be kept for customs or accounting reasons.

  • Chrome or Edge: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies → See all site data and permissions → find this site → Delete.
  • Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data → find this site → Remove.
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Manage Data → find this site → Remove Selected.
  • In any browser: open the site in a private window and close it afterwards — nothing is left behind.

Data controller — outstanding

A privacy policy has to name the company that answers for the data, and those details are not filled in yet. We would rather show the gap than print something official-looking that is not true:

  • Registered company name — outstanding
  • Taxpayer identification number (STIR) — outstanding
  • Legal address — outstanding
  • Contact for personal-data requests — outstanding (use the support address above in the meantime)
  • Entry in the state register of personal-data operators — outstanding
