Information we use
For registration, your profile and orders, we record your name, contact information, selected products, collection point or address, and order status. Messages and photographs sent to support form part of your enquiry.
When MyID verification is required, identity verification and the delivery profile may require your name, date of birth, identity document details and personal identification number. The system records sign-in sessions, consents, payment identifiers and technical security records.
How we use information
We use information to provide account access, verify identity, purchase goods, check payments, arrange delivery and respond to enquiries. Payment and order records also support accounting and dispute handling.
Service partners
MyID participates in identity verification. TezTez participates in setting up your collection profile, choosing a collection point and handling shipments. With your consent, verified identity information is sent to TezTez. Airwallex receives information needed for payment, including the amount, currency and order identifier.
If you sign in with an external account, your chosen sign-in provider participates. If you search by image, your selected photograph is sent to HioBuy. These services process information in their own infrastructure under their own privacy policies.
Retention and deletion requests
Account and order information is kept for service provision, open orders, payment accounting, security and support enquiries. Mandatory accounting and legal requirements may require certain records to be retained.
For access, correction or deletion requests, write to support@prosell.uz or support chat. Support verifies the account holder and reviews the request. You can ask for confirmation of actions taken and reasons for retaining necessary records.
Browser storage and cookies
Your browser uses cookies for your account session and local storage for your cart, saved products, currency and language. Clearing browser data does not delete account, order or payment records on the server.
You can use the site’s consent choices for optional statistics and tracking tools.
