What Prosell is
This is not a marketplace of local sellers. Every item in the catalogue is sourced from Chinese suppliers and marketplaces, bought on your behalf and imported by us. That is why one company answers for the price, for the shipment and for the return.
The catalogue is curated rather than endless: it is the range we can buy reliably, ship by air, and stand behind.
How an order travels
Every order takes the same route, and each step is a status you can see on the order page:
Standard air delivery takes 10 to 15 working days end to end; express takes 5 to 7.
- You place the order here and it is given a number.
- We buy the item from the supplier in China.
- It arrives at our China warehouse, is checked, and is consolidated with the rest of your order.
- It flies to Uzbekistan.
- We declare it and clear customs.
- It is delivered in Tashkent.
Why the price is the price
The price on a product page is in US dollars and it is the whole cost of getting the item to you: the goods, our service, the international leg and the customs duty. Nothing is added at the door.
Delivery inside Uzbekistan is $4.90, and free once the cart passes $40. Express adds $12.00 to that and is never free.
Where the shop currently stands
This storefront is being built in the open, and it is better that you know exactly where it stands. Payment providers are not connected yet: you can complete an order, but Payme, Click, Uzcard, Humo and cash on delivery are named as the planned rails, and an operator arranges the actual payment with you.
There are no accounts. Your cart, your saved items and your order history are stored by your own browser on this device and are not sent anywhere. Clearing the site data clears them.
